These terms govern your use of Binusu. By creating an account you agree to them.

Eligibility. You must be of legal age and reside in a country where Binusu operates.
Your wallets. You are responsible for the wallets you link and their private keys. Coins sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
Prices and quotes. Prices include our margin and are fixed for the order's payment window. Gas fees are charged from your gas fee wallet.
Limits. Transaction limits apply per plan and may be changed.
Prohibited use. No fraud, money laundering, or use of another person's identity or payment method.
Suspension. We may suspend accounts to prevent fraud or comply with the law.
Liability. Digital asset prices are volatile; Binusu is not liable for market losses.
Changes. We may update these terms and will notify you in the app.
